On April 23, Clark Construction Group was joined by Bradford Allen, Moceri + Roszak, and the Thomas Roszak Architecture design team to celebrate topping out the Arlington Heights Gateway Phase 1 residential development.

"Just about six months ago, we were standing on an empty parcel we spent years assembling, and in a fraction of that time, we've already reached the full height of a project that will transform the southern end of Arlington Heights," said Brian Carley, executive managing director of development at Bradford Allen. "The topping-off of Arlington Gateway's first phase marks another significant milestone in our longstanding partnership with Clark Construction, which extends across multiple markets throughout the country. Together, we're creating a new gateway to one of Chicago's most desirable suburbs."

Since the groundbreaking, Clark has poured over 23,000 cubic yards of concrete to complete the 515,000-square-foot mixed-use building’s structure, with crews working over 100,000 hours to reach this significant milestone.

In honor of this achievement, Clark Construction hosted a celebratory luncheon for the project’s many talented craft workers, engineers, and contractors who played an instrumental role in the development, acknowledging their hard work and commitment to the project's ongoing progress.

“This development marks Clark’s sixth project with the Thomas Roszak Architecture team,” Said Dave Trolian, Group CEO at Clark Construction. “We are proud to meet another critical milestone in this valued partnership and eager to deliver Bradford Allen’s vision for Arlington Heights.”

In addition to the 301 residential units, the development includes three retail units and state-of-the-art amenities, including a fitness room, rooftop pool, golf simulator, and outdoor dog run.

Arlington Heights Gateway is scheduled to be completed in Spring 2026.
