Joe Abidin provides overall leadership of Clark Civil, including project development and project delivery.
Since joining Clark in 1984, Joe has led many notable civil projects, including:
- Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) Blue and Orange Line Rehabilitation
- WMATA Brentwood Shop Expansion
- Back River Wastewater Treatment Plant Headworks and Wet Weather Equalization Facility
- Noman M. Cole Jr. Pollution Control Plant Motor Control and Distribution Centers Replacement
- Potomac Water Filtration Plant Improvements
